The Forge is structured around a milestone-based payment model, meaning the total engagement investment is divided across the stages of the engagement. At every milestone, you have a formal choice to continue or exit.

The first formal review point. Initial system builds, foundational brand work, and early implementation are presented. If everything is meeting expectations, the next phase begins. If you choose to exit at this point, you retain the Diagnostic Report and all work completed to date, with no further obligation.

Mid-Point Review Checkpoint

The engagement is halfway complete. Core systems, marketing frameworks, and brand deliverables are presented in their developed state. If you choose to exit at this point, you receive a 50% refund on amounts paid to date and full ownership of everything built.

Pre-Delivery Checkpoint

The engagement is near complete. All systems are operational and integrated. Final adjustments are made before handover begins. If you choose to exit at this point, you receive a 30% refund on amounts paid to date and full ownership of all developed assets.

The Forge does not have a fixed price. This is intentional. A business requiring a complete technology infrastructure build, a full brand system, and four active marketing channels needs a different engagement and a different investment than a business that already has strong technology and needs focused work on positioning and growth systems. Charging the same amount for fundamentally different scopes would be dishonest.

Once handover is complete, the choice of what comes next is entirely yours.

At the end of every Forge engagement, ATFRO steps back. Every system is yours. Every document is yours. Every tool, asset, and process is fully documented and operational. Your team has been trained. You do not need ATFRO to continue running what has been built.
