2. Scope of Advisory and transformation Engagements
Materials and metrics published on this website (including service parameters, timelines, and case study delta values) are compiled as general representations of ATFRO's commercial capabilities. They do not constitute formal, binding contractual obligations.
Active transformation engagements are governed exclusively by separate bilateral Agreements (Statement of Work and Master Services Agreements) signed between ATFRO and our clients. These contracts outline specific deliverables, stage targets, and milestone-based exit structures under our proprietary methodology, The Forge.
3. Proprietary Rights and Software Licenses
The design layout, custom wordmarks, text content models, and graphics compiled on atfro.com are the exclusive intellectual property of ATFRO Systems Private Limited.
Any proprietary platforms developed within our labs (including but not limited to ATFRO Studio, Wrytoo, and ATFRO Pigeon) are owned exclusively by ATFRO. No user license, access authorization, or intellectual transfers are granted unless explicitly executed under a separate commercial license agreement.
4. Dispute Resolution and Governing Jurisdictions
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maharashtra, India.
Any claims or disputes arising out of the use of this website or our public digital materials shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
